Quilt show in Bathurst

Friday night 12th March is opening night at All Saints Catherdral in Church St Bathurst. There are drinks and nibbles and the cost is $10. From 6.30 - 9 pm

Carlie Adams has created 3 gorgeous layouts and 3 cards with our ribbon club this month.

Both the ribbon club and card kit for March will be available online on Wednesday (I am away from Firday 26th Feb - Mon 8th March)

Vicky has made 6 gorgous cards for our March card kit - 3 are themed for Easter but can be changed to suit any theme.

Boys will be boys

I did this layout at our crop yesterday. I love this kit....the rub-ons and titles are just perfect for boy pages! The title is cut from one of the 12'' papers.

Oh Deer......blogger is not co-operating! Sandie made these gorgeous cards using this new stamp and for some strange reason, some have turned sideways when being uploaded!

Love the way Sandie has used the velvet flower ribbon - cut it into individual flowers and then added some of our new leaves. Too cute!

Don't you love the mushroom stamp that comes in this set? Sandie has combined it with our gorgeous mushroom ribbon. Gorgeous - thanks Sandie!

If you type 'mushroom' into the search box (top right hand corner) all of the mushroom products will appear......we have chipboard mushrooms, gorgeous brads and the ribbon!

Vicky had a play with the Hero Arts 'April' stamp set. It is perfect for Easter. Look at the adorable egg and bunny stamp in the set.

Yesterday I drove from Dubbo to Orange via Cumnock and Yeoval. It was a great drive as everything was green from all our recent rain.

It was also great as I got to see the 'Animals on Bikes' paddock art. I must have missed some as I did not see 45 but here are a few I did see.

Fabulous! If you are driving that way, I highly recommend it......sealed road all the way and something fun to look at!

Homespun Magazine Vol 11 No 2

This magazine has long been my favourite sewing magazine. This month, they are featuring Babushka dolls. There are 2 pages of everything babushka, including the very poplular Craft Queen babushka ribbon. (You can purchase here)

The magazine has the pattern to make this adorable pinafore designed by Wynona Leach and Anna Dinh of Ivy Designs. Next Saturday, at out 'crop' we are going to try making this! It will be exciting as I usually look at patterns and think, 'yes love to make that' but never actually make the time!
