1. Ordering options

You can order online anytime. There are 4 ways to pay;

• Credit card – Visa and Mastercard      Enter your details on our secure on-line site and your payment will be processed automatically.  
•  Credit card -  phone and I will process the order over the phone.  Ph 02 63626008
  
• Cheque/Money order - Select the 'postal order form' option. Then post your cheque. Your order will be processed after the cheque has cleared. If your payment is not received in 7 days, your order will be cancelled.
  
• Direct debit into our bank account. Select the 'postal order form' option - Then deposit the money into the bank account (details of our bank account will be available after you place your order).

Craft Queen uses a secure-online server (128 bit encryption), which ensures all your details are kept private and safe. Craft Queen is a registered Westpac merchant.

DO NOT send credit card details via normal email. You can email an order and then phone or fax us your credit card details. Craft Queen accepts no responsibility for security of data transmitted via unencrypted email.

2. Prices

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Prices include 10% GST.

All ribbon prices are for 1 metre.

3. Orders

Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you are paying by direct deposit, cheque or money order please be aware that goods won't be shipped until the money is cleared.

4. Out of stock items

On occasions, some items in the store may be temporarily unavailable. If the item is expected within 3 working days, then your order will be held and we will notify you by email. If the item is not expected to be in stock within 4 working days, your order will be sent and you will be refunded the amount.

5. Postage 

Craft Queen has a flat rate of postage of $4.50 for all purchases under $45 (within Australia)

All purchases over $45 will be posted free of charge within Australia.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit.

Craft Queen does not post to the USA. For postage to other countries, please email your order and a postage cost will be calculated.

6. Refunds and Exchange policy

If you have a problem with an item, please contact us via email prior to returning it. Please advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your items.

Products with a true manufacturing fault can be returned and postage costs will be refunded.  

7. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our images and descriptions accurately depict the product. Due to the scanning process and variations in screen resolutions, colours may vary slightly. Regretfully this is beyond our control. Manufacturers may also have size variations and this is also out of our control.

8. Wholesale 

As direct importers we are able to source unique items at reasonable prices. We also offer wholesale prices to genuine re-sellers. If you wish to discuss any details relating to wholesale purchase, you can  telephone on 02 63626008 and speak with Nicole or email info@craftqueen.com.au
